NVIDIA denies rumors of faulty chips, mass GPU failures

NVIDIA is taking a $200 million hit in the second quarter for costs related to laptop GPU failures, but some websites have claimed the company is hiding the true extent of the issue. The company tells Ars that only a "very small percentage" of its chips are "potentially affected."
