Pulitzer Prize-Winning author Ron Suskind's latest book, "The Way of the World: A Story of Truth and Hope in an Age of Extremism, available Tuesday, has already stirred up quite a storm of controversy. In the book, Suskind alleges that not only did the White House know Iraq had no WMDs, President Bush ordered the CIA to forge a back-dated, handwritten letter from the head of Iraq's intelligence service, Tahir Jalil Habbush, to Saddam Hussein, linking Iraq to the 9/11 hijackers.

Obama Iraq Speech: US Strategy Is Unsound

Iraqi Parliament Members: 70% of Iraqis Want U.S. Withdrawal

Wednesday, the House of Representatives hosted two members of the Iraqi Parliament in order “to hear their assessment of the proposed U.S.-Iraq Security Agreement.” That agreement, proposed by the Bush Administration, would permit U.S. combat forces in Iraq for an unspecified period of time.

Part of their testimony was very interesting. When discussing a possible withdrawal from Iraq, one of the Parliamentarians indicated 70% of the Iraqi public wants the U.S. to withdraw.

Webb: Bush to Be First President to Veto Veterans Benefits Bill
